个人简介
孙晓鸥,辽宁人,博士毕业于南开大学生命科学学院遗传学与细胞生物学专业,主要从事微管相关蛋白在细胞活动及相关疾病中的功能和分子机制研究,期间参与973计划“调控细胞增殖与细胞凋亡的分子机制研究”、国家自然基金重点项目“微管结合蛋白EB1磷酸化的调控及功能研究”和国家自然基金重大研究计划“基于化学小分子的细胞增殖信号通路和肿瘤发病机制研究及其在肿瘤治疗上的应用”等项目,研究结果分别发表在The Journal of Biological Chemistry、The Journal of Pathology、Cell Cycle、Theranostics、Plos One等杂志上。毕业后在美国Emory大学病理学与实验药学专业进行博士后培养,主要从事于溶酶体酶AEP的转录调控以及AEP酶作用于其底物蛋白在脑卒中和神经退行性疾病中的生物学功能和相关分子机制的研究。自2014年回国以来,致力于心脑血管疾病的致病机制的研究,在相关领域顶级医学期刊上发表综述文章1篇,已发表论文30余篇(SCI论文20余篇),近四年以第一作者/通讯作者身份发表论文SCI论文16篇。主持5项课题研究。
