个人简述

肖楚乔,工学博士,博士后,本硕博就读于华南理工大学,师从赵谋明教授。曾公派到西班牙国家科学研究委员会(CSIC)联合培养。主要从事营养功能因子开发与应用、肽的修饰与功能提升、肝肠保护等相关领域研究。主持或参与国家自然科学基金、广东省重点领域研发计划等科研项目多项。发表SCI论文20余篇。曾任Frontiers in Nutrition期刊客座副编辑,International Journal of Biological Macromolecules等期刊审稿人。
