1分子诊断新技术开发:疾病诊断、食品安全及环境监测新技术和试剂研制

2)肿瘤微环境肿瘤发生发展机制:通过单细胞测序及蛋白组学等手段,阐明复杂的肿瘤微环境,进而研究其对肿瘤发展、肿瘤免疫应答等反应的影响。在此基础上,筛选早期诊断生物标志物和肿瘤药物开发靶点;其次,观察不同细胞的相互作用预测药物的预后效果,并通过类器官等肿瘤模型建立药物筛选方法。


个人简述

2019年广东工业大学青年百人计划”A层次引进人才,广州市“珠江科技新星”,近年来以第一和通讯作者在《Advanced Science》、《Biosensors and Bioelectronic》、《Chemical Communications》等杂志上发表SCI收录论文20余篇,其中影响因子大于103篇,授权专利10项。主持国家自然科学青年基金一项,省和基金各一项,作为骨干成员参与国家、省部级科技项目课题3项。
