个人简述:

李少艇,博士,广东工业大学生物医药学院青年百人计划特聘副教授。毕业于美国佐治亚大学食品科学专业。致力于食品微生物学、生物信息学和基因组流行病学的相关研究工作,主要研究方向包括食源性致病微生物的遗传多样性和基因组流行病学,病原微生物的检测和分子分型,食品微生物和肠道微生物的宏基因组学研究等。在Nature CommunicationsApplied and Environmental MicrobiologyEmerging Infectious DiseasesFood MicrobiologyFood & Function等知名国际专业期刊上共发表SCI论文20多篇,其中包括第一作者SCI论文 9篇。
