教学活动

已毕业硕士研究生6名,现指导博士研究生1名,硕士研究生1名。

主讲本科生必修课《生物化学及分子生物学》、《现代生化技术》;硕士研究生必修课《SCI文章写作与优秀外文科技文章导读》,硕士及博士研究生选修课《蛋白质组学分析技术及蛋白质组信息学》、《专业英语》等。

 

代表性著作及论文

申请人多年从事蛋白质组学的研究,系统地建立了非变性蛋白质组学的研究平台,其中涉及到多项针对复杂蛋白质体系的非变性二维/多维凝胶电泳及质谱分析方法的建立,旨在获得蛋白质及蛋白质复合物在生理条件下的结构、功能及相互作用的信息。已发表英文著作1章,论文40篇(SCI论文28篇)。
